OA-ICOS (Off-Axis Integrated Cavity Output Spectroscopy)

  1.   측정 원리
     - Scan laser  → Transmission spectrum
     - Turn off laser → Cavity ringdown(effective pathlength)
     - Calculate absorption spectrum
     - Run ICOS algorithms : Spectral Shape Fitting (IGOR Software)
 
  1.    적절한 알고리즘의 사용은 mixture내의 다중 성분의 가스들의 정량화가 가능하게 함
  2.    Single laser 설비로 다중 성분을 동시에 측정 가능하도록 함
  3.    No scrubbing or pretreatment required
  4.    Analyze complex spectra by measuring basis set spectra and convoluting
  5.    Low pressure of ICOS analyzer is also a key enabler for higher accuracy
